94-AC-DISTRIBUTION OF WEALTH RULES Manners

Muslim are appointed to look after their life affairs (muaamlat) And it is a collective responsibility;
And they are given manners (Ikhilaq) to deal with each other,
Rich are commanded to help the poor  in a manner not to insult him,And to hide his riches with attention,
Not to give alms (khairat) is very big crime close to kuffer,

The bounty he receive is from Allah.
And he is ordered to spend it in a manner  and to look down on others is also a crime,

Kafirs behaviour is in these verses of quran.,




4-37.    w      الَّذِينَ يَبْخَلُونَ وَيَأْمُرُونَ النَّاسَ بِالْبُخْلِ وَيَكْتُمُونَ مَا آتَاهُمُ اللَّهُ مِنْ فَضْلِهِ ۗ وَأَعْتَدْنَا لِلْكَافِرِينَ عَذَابًا مُهِينًا
    

 [Ahmed Ali]     جو لوگ بخل کرتے ہیں اور لوگو ں کو بخل سکھاتے ہیں اور الله نے انہیں اپنے فضل سے جو دیا ہے اسے چھپاتے ہیں اور ہم نے کافروں کے لیے ذلت کا عذاب تیار کر رکھا ہے
   



  [Yusuf Ali]     (Nor) those who are niggardly, or enjoin niggardliness on others, hide the bounties which Allah hath bestowed on them; for We have prepared, for those who resist Faith, a punishment that steeps them in contempt.―




4-38.     w      وَالَّذِينَ يُنْفِقُونَ أَمْوَالَهُمْ رِئَاءَ النَّاسِ وَلَا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّهِ وَلَا بِالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ ۗ وَمَنْ يَكُنِ الشَّيْطَانُ لَهُ قَرِينًا فَسَاءَ قَرِينًا
   
  [Ahmed Ali]     اور جو لوگ اپنے مالوں کو لوگوں کے دکھانے میں خرچ کرتے ہیں اور اللہ پر اور قیامت کے دن پر ایمان نہیں لاتے اور جس کا شیطان ساتھی ہوا تو وہ بہت برا ساتھی ہے
  



   [Yusuf Ali]     Nor those who spend of their substance, to be seen of men,
but have no faith in Allah and the Last Day:
if any take the Evil One for their intimate,
what a dreadful intimate he is!



Muslims are advised not to behave like kafirs
