Islam gives people power to remove
The ummeer Mujlisey  Ummah (Consul of people representer of people) can remove him if he orders kufer or does not enforce total Islam

Islam kills the dictators and kings
Prophet slam and his companions killed kings of Iran sham yemen
and other kingdoms

Muslims who do not involve them in struggle to remove these kings and dictators to establish the state of Islam are the protecters of shirq  kuffer and they will suffer for ever ever ever ever in this life and akhira

Are you with islam  if not Allah will kill you

Who you love most

Sura Al Anam  6-112.           وَكَذَٰلِكَ جَعَلْنَا لِكُلِّ نَبِيٍّ عَدُوًّا شَيَاطِينَ الْإِنْسِ وَالْجِنِّ يُوحِي بَعْضُهُمْ إِلَىٰ بَعْضٍ زُخْرُفَ الْقَوْلِ غُرُورًا ۚ وَلَوْ شَاءَ رَبُّكَ مَا فَعَلُوهُ ۖ فَذَرْهُمْ وَمَا يَفْتَرُونَ
    

[Ahmed Ali]     اور اسی طرح ہم نے ہر نبی کے لیے شریر آدمیوں اور جنوں کو دشمن بنایا جو کہ ایک دوسرے کو طمع کرہوئی باتیں فریب دینے کے لیے سکھاتے ہیں اور اگر تیرا رب چاہتا تو یہ کام نہ کرتے سو تو انہیں اور جوجھوٹ بناتے ہیں اسے چھوڑ دے
    

[Yusuf Ali]     Likewise did We make for every Messenger an enemy,― evil ones men and Jinns, inspiringeach other with flowery discourses by way of deception . If thy Lord had so willed, they would not have done it: so leave them and their inventions alone.




17-64.           وَاسْتَفْزِزْ مَنِ اسْتَطَعْتَ مِنْهُمْ بِصَوْتِكَ وَأَجْلِبْ عَلَيْهِمْ بِخَيْلِكَ وَرَجِلِكَ وَشَارِكْهُمْ فِي الْأَمْوَالِ وَالْأَوْلَادِ وَعِدْهُمْ ۚ وَمَا يَعِدُهُمُ الشَّيْطَانُ إِلَّا غُرُورًا
    

 [Ahmed Ali]     ان میں سے جسے تو اپنی آواز سنا کر بہکا سکتا ہے بہکا لے اور ان پر اپنے سوار اور پیادے بھی چڑھا دے اوران کے مال اور اولاد میں بھی شریک ہو جا اور ان سے وعدے کر اور شیطان کے وعدے بھی محض فریب ہی تو ہیں
