60-AC- ISLAM, DHUNIA IS DHEEN

2-86.           أُولَٰئِكَ الَّذِينَ اشْتَرَوُا الْحَيَاةَ الدُّنْيَا بِالْآخِرَةِ ۖ فَلَا يُخَفَّفُ عَنْهُمُ الْعَذَابُ وَلَا هُمْ يُنْصَرُونَ
   


 [Ahmed Ali]     یہی وہ لوگ ہیں جنہوں نے دنیا کی زندگی کو آخرت کے بدلہ خریدا سو ان سے عذاب ہلکانہ کیا جائے گا اور نہ انہیں



2-90.          بِئْسَمَا اشْتَرَوْا بِهِ أَنْفُسَهُمْ أَنْ يَكْفُرُوا بِمَا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ بَغْيًا أَنْ يُنَزِّلَ اللَّهُ مِنْ فَضْلِهِ عَلَىٰ مَنْ يَشَاءُ مِنْ عِبَادِهِ ۖ فَبَاءُوا بِغَضَبٍ عَلَىٰ غَضَبٍ ۚ وَلِلْكَافِرِينَ عَذَابٌ مُهِينٌ
   

 [Ahmed Ali]     انہوں نے اپنی جانوں کو بہت ہی بری چیز کے لیے بیچ ڈالا یہ کہ الله کی نازل کی ہوئی چیزوں کا اس ضد میں آ کر انکار کرنے لگے کہ وہ پنے فضل کو اپنے بندوں میں سے جس پر چاہتا ہے کیوں نازل کر دیتا ہے سوغضب پر غضب میں آ گئے اور کافروں کے لیے ذلت کا عذاب ہے
    

 [Yusuf Ali]     Miserable is the price for which they have sold their souls, in that they deny (the revelation)
which Allah has sent down, in insolent envy that
Allah of His Grace should send it to any of His servants
 He pleases; thus have they drawn on themselves wrath upon wrath. and humiliating is the punishment of those
who reject Faith.


(Reason for rejecting the faith by jesws  Prophet salam was not of their blood



104.2           يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تَقُولُوا رَاعِنَا وَقُولُوا انْظُرْنَا وَاسْمَعُوا ۗ وَلِلْكَافِرِينَ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ
   


 [Ahmed Ali]     اے ایمان والو راعنا نہ کہو اور انظرنا کہو اور سنا کرو اور کافروں کے لیے دردناک عذاب ہے
     


[Yusuf Ali]     O ye of Faith! say not (to the Prophet) words of ambiguous import but words of respect; and hearken (to him); to those without faith is a grievous punishment.




2-108.           أَمْ تُرِيدُونَ أَنْ تَسْأَلُوا رَسُولَكُمْ كَمَا سُئِلَ مُوسَىٰ مِنْ قَبْلُ ۗ وَمَنْ يَتَبَدَّلِ الْكُفْرَ بِالْإِيمَانِ فَقَدْ ضَلَّ سَوَاءَ السَّبِيلِ
   

 [Ahmed Ali]     کیا تم چاہتے ہو کہ اپنے رسول سے سوال کرو جیسے اس سے پہلے موسیٰ سے سوال کیے گئے تھے اور جو کوئی ایمان کے عوض کفر کوبدل لے سو وہ سیدھے راستہ سے گمراہ ہوا
    


 [Yusuf Ali]     Would ye question your Massenger as Moses was questioned of old? But whoever changeth from Faith to unbelief, hath strayed without doubt from the even way.
کوئی مدد مل سکے گی
   


 [Yusuf Ali]     These are the people who buy the life of this world at the price of the Hereafter;
their penalty shall not be lightened nor shall they be helped.
