Right to fight, The operessed are given right to fight---S22/39/40/- Each muslim is given right to joine the Army of Islam #

Al-Hajj | The Pilgrimage سورة الحج  Sura # 22 | Madina

22-39.           أُذِنَ لِلَّذِينَ يُقَاتَلُونَ بِأَنَّهُمْ ظُلِمُوا ۚ وَإِنَّ اللَّهَ عَلَىٰ نَصْرِهِمْ لَقَدِيرٌ

   

  [Ahmed Ali]     جن سے کافر لڑتے ہیں انہیں بھی لڑنے کی اجازت دی گئی ہے اس لیے کہ ان پر ظلم کیا گیا اور بیشک الله ان کی مدد کرنے پر قادر ہے

    

[Yusuf Ali]     To those against whom war is made,

permission is given (to fight)

because they are wronged―

and verily, Allah is Most powerful for their aid

22-40.           الَّذِينَ أُخْرِجُوا مِنْ دِيَارِهِمْ بِغَيْرِ حَقٍّ إِلَّا أَنْ يَقُولُوا رَبُّنَا اللَّهُ ۗ وَلَوْلَا دَفْعُ اللَّهِ النَّاسَ بَعْضَهُمْ بِبَعْضٍ لَهُدِّمَتْ صَوَامِعُ وَبِيَعٌ وَصَلَوَاتٌ وَمَسَاجِدُ يُذْكَرُ فِيهَا اسْمُ اللَّهِ كَثِيرًا ۗ وَلَيَنْصُرَنَّ اللَّهُ مَنْ يَنْصُرُهُ ۗ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَقَوِيٌّ عَزِيزٌ

    

[Ahmed Ali]     وہ لوگ جنہیں ناحق ان کے گھروں سے نکال دیا گیا ہے صرف اس کہنے پر کہ ہمارا رب الله ہے اور اگر الله لوگوں کو ایک دوسرے سے نہ ہٹاتا تو تکیئے اور مدرسے اورعبادت خانے اور مسجدیں ڈھا دی جاتیں جن میں الله کا نام کثرت سے لیا جاتا ہے اور الله ضرور اس کی مدد کر ے گا جو اللہ کی مددکرے گابیشک الله زبردست غالب ہے

    

[Yusuf Ali]     (They are) those who have been expelled from their homes in defiance of right―

(for no cause) except that they say 

"Our Lord is Allah."

Did not Allah check one set of people by means of another

there would surely have been pulled down

monasteries, 

churches, 

synagogues, and

mosques, in which the name of Allah

is commemorated in abundant measure. 

Allah will certainly aid those who aid His (cause);

for verily Allah is Full of Strength,

Exalted in Might, (Able to enforce His Will).
