S-W-D-State wealth &Property distribution And among them are men who slander thee in the matter of (the distribution of) the alms. If they are given part thereof, they are pleased, but if not, behold! they are indignant!

At-Taubah | Repentance سورة التوبة  Sura # 9 | Madina9-58.           وَمِنْهُمْ مَنْ يَلْمِزُكَ فِي الصَّدَقَاتِ فَإِنْ أُعْطُوا مِنْهَا رَضُوا وَإِنْ لَمْ يُعْطَوْا مِنْهَا إِذَا هُمْ يَسْخَطُونَ
     [Ahmed Ali]     اور بعضے ان میں سے وہ ہیں جو خیرات مانگتے ہیں تجھے طعن دیتے ہیں سو اگر انہیں اس میں سے مل جائے تو راضی ہوتے ہیں اور اگر نہ ملے تو فوراً ناراض ہو جاتے ہیں

9-59.           وَلَوْ أَنَّهُمْ رَضُوا مَا آتَاهُمُ اللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُ وَقَالُوا حَسْبُنَا اللَّهُ سَيُؤْتِينَا اللَّهُ مِنْ فَضْلِهِ وَرَسُولُهُ إِنَّا إِلَى اللَّهِ رَاغِبُونَ
     [Ahmed Ali]     اور کیا اچھا ہوتا اگر وہ اس پر راضی ہو جاتے جو انہیں الله اور اس کے رسول نے دیا ہے اور کہتے ہیں ہمیں الله کافی ہے وہ ہمیں اپنے فضل سے دے گا اور اس کا رسول ہم الله ہی کی طرف رغبت کرنے والے ہیں
     [Yusuf Ali]     If only they had been content with what Allah and His Messenger gave them, and had said "sufficient unto us is Allah! Allah and His Messenger will soon give us of His Bounty: to Allah do we turn our hopes!" (That would have been the right course).

9-60.           ۞ إِنَّمَا الصَّدَقَاتُ لِلْفُقَرَاءِ وَالْمَسَاكِينِ وَالْعَامِلِينَ عَلَيْهَا وَالْمُؤَلَّفَةِ قُلُوبُهُمْ وَفِي الرِّقَابِ وَالْغَارِمِينَ وَفِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَابْنِ السَّبِيلِ ۖ فَرِيضَةً مِنَ اللَّهِ ۗ وَاللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌ
     [Ahmed Ali]     زکوة مفلسوں اور محتاجوں اوراس کا کام کرنے والوں کا حق ہے اورجن کی دلجوئی کرنی ہے اور غلاموں کی گردن چھوڑانے میں اور قرض داروں کے قرض میں اور الله کی راہ میں اورمسافر کو یہ الله کی طرف سے مقرر کیاہوا ہے اور الله جاننے والا حکمت والا ہے
     [Yusuf Ali]     Alms are for the poor and the needy, and those employed to administer the (funds); for those whose hearts have been (recently) reconciled (to Truth); for those in bondage and in debt; in the cause of Allah; and for the wayfarer: (thus is it) ordained by Allah and Allah is full of knowledge and wisdom.
