Comand--Quraan-total Obediance--- State of Islam is Governed by the Guidance from Quraan/ President,s Duty is only to enforce it- His power is in Public Hands(Obediance of Ameer is furz Obligation on muslims) And People cary out the comand due to the comand of obediance to the Ameer---------------------------------------------------- بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ ----------------------------Al-Furqan The Standard سورة الفرقان Sura # 25 | Makkah---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 25/30 وَقَالَ الرَّسُولُ يَا رَبِّ إِنَّ قَوْمِي اتَّخَذُوا هَٰذَا الْقُرْآنَ مَهْجُورًا ---------------------------------------------------------------------------[Ahmed Ali] تھا اور رسول کہے گا اے میرے رب بےشک میری قوم نے اس قرآن کو نظر انداز کر رکھا ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ [Yusuf Ali] Then the Messenger will say: "O my Lord! truly my people took this Qur'an for just foolish nonsense."------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Mسو 47-24. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- أَفَلَا يَتَدَبَّرُونَ الْقُرْآنَ أَمْ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبٍ أَقْفَالُهَا [Ahmed Ali] پھر کیوں قرآن پر غور نہیں کرتے کیا ان کے دلوں پر قفل پڑے ہوئے ہیں ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ [Yusuf Ali] Do they not then earnestly seek to understand the Qur'an, or are their hearts locked up by them ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Al-Qamar The moo n ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 54/17. وَلَقَدْ يَسَّرْنَا الْقُرْآنَ لِلذِّكْرِ فَهَلْ مِنْ مُدَّكِرٍ ----------------------------------------------------------------------------[Ahmed Ali] اور البتہ ہم نے تو سمجھنے کے لیے قرآن کو آسان کر دیا پھر کوئی ہے کہ سمجھے ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [Yusuf Ali] And We have indeed made the Qur'an easy to understand and remember: then is there any that will receive admonition? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Sura # 3 | Madina سورة آل عمران Aal-e-Imran The family of Imran -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 3/4-AL,E IMRAN مِنْ قَبْلُ هُدًى لِلنَّاسِ وَأَنْزَلَ الْفُرْقَانَ ۗ إِنَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا بِآيَاتِ اللَّهِ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ شَدِيدٌ ۗ وَاللَّهُ عَزِيزٌ ذُو انْتِقَامٍ ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [Ahmed Ali] وہ کتابیں لوگوں کے لیے راہ نما ہیں اور اسی نے فیصلہ کن چیزیں نازل فرمائیں بے شک جو لوگ الله کی آیتوں سے منکر ہوئے ان کے لیے سخت عذاب ہے اور الله تعالیٰ زبردست بدلہ دینے والا ہے ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ [Yusuf Ali] Before this as a guide to mankind,----------------------------------------------------------------------- and He sent down the Criterion (of judgment between right and wrong).------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Then those who reject Faith in the Signs of Allah will suffer the severest chastisement -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------and Allah is Exalted in Might, Lord of Retribution.

Quraan is the supreme Comand of Comands of Allah To enforce impliment & Practice with actions  is furz on 

every muslim---No excueses will be accepted on the day of judgment----Prophet pbuh will be the witness 

And only Speak for the Righteous[Not for theieves or killers of people non worshipers or muslims who lived 

their life on haram earning and many ranks among muslims  who disobeyed and not for muslims who took 

portion of comands  and those who only practice very few comands when they suited them   

Disobediance------- to Enforce it with power  is Total kuffer  Muslims will realise it soon we die-----

Message is very clear 

        بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ

Muhammad  سورة محمد  Sura # 47 | Madina
47-24.           أَفَلَا يَتَدَبَّرُونَ الْقُرْآنَ أَمْ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبٍ أَقْفَالُهَا
