LIFE-LAUGH NOW CRY LATTER- Let them laugh a little: much will they weep: a recompense for the (evil) that they do

At-Taubah | Repentance سورة التوبة  Sura # 9 | Madina

9-55.           فَلَا تُعْجِبْكَ أَمْوَالُهُمْ وَلَا أَوْلَادُهُمْ ۚ إِنَّمَا يُرِيدُ اللَّهُ لِيُعَذِّبَهُمْ بِهَا فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَتَزْهَقَ أَنْفُسُهُمْ وَهُمْ كَافِرُونَ

    

 [Ahmed Ali]     سو تو ان کے مال اور اولاد سے تعجب نہ کر الله یہی چاہتا ہے کہ ان چیزوں کی وجہ سے دنیا کی زندگی میں انہیں عذاب دے اور کفر کی حالت میں ان کی جانیں نکلیں

     

[Yusuf Ali]     Let not their wealth nor their (following in) sons dazzle thee:

in reality Allah's plan is to punish them with these things in this life 

and that their souls may perish in their (very) denial of Allah.

9-82.           فَلْيَضْحَكُوا قَلِيلًا وَلْيَبْكُوا كَثِيرًا جَزَاءً بِمَا كَانُوا يَكْسِبُونَ

     

[Ahmed Ali]     سووہ تھوڑا سا ہنسیں اور زیادہ روئیں ان کے اعمال کے بدلے جو کرتے رہے ہیں
