91- AC- Living in evil die in evil Or (Taubh)

4-18.           وَلَيْسَتِ التَّوْبَةُ لِلَّذِينَ يَعْمَلُونَ السَّيِّئَاتِ حَتَّىٰ إِذَا حَضَرَ أَحَدَهُمُ الْمَوْتُ قَالَ إِنِّي تُبْتُ الْآنَ وَلَا الَّذِينَ يَمُوتُونَ وَهُمْ كُفَّارٌ ۚ أُولَٰئِكَ أَعْتَدْنَا لَهُمْ عَذَابًا أَلِيمًا

   

  [Ahmed Ali]     اور ان لوگوں کی توبہ قبول نہیں ہے جو برے کام کرتےرہتے ہیں یہاں تک کہ جب ان میں سے کسی کی موت کا وقت آ جاتا ہے اس وقت کہتا ہے کہ اب میں توبہ کرتا ہوں اوراسی طرح ان لوگو ں کی توبہ قبول نہیں ہے جو کفر کی حالت میں مرتے ہیں ان کے لیے ہم نے دردناک عذاب تیار کیا ہے

    

[Yusuf Ali]     Of no effect is the repentance of those who continue to do evil, until death faces one of them, and he says; "Now have I repented indeed"; nor of those who die rejecting Faith: for them have We prepared a punishment most grievous.
