At-Taubah | Repentance سورة التوبة Sura # 9 | Madina
9-25. لَقَدْ نَصَرَكُمُ اللَّهُ فِي مَوَاطِنَ كَثِيرَةٍ ۙ وَيَوْمَ حُنَيْنٍ ۙ إِذْ أَعْجَبَتْكُمْ كَثْرَتُكُمْ فَلَمْ تُغْنِ عَنْكُمْ شَيْئًا وَضَاقَتْ عَلَيْكُمُ الْأَرْضُ بِمَا رَحُبَتْ ثُمَّ وَلَّيْتُمْ مُدْبِرِينَ
[Ahmed Ali] الله بہت سے میدانوں میں تمہاری مدد کر چکا ہے اور حنین کے دن جب تم اپنی کثرت پر خوش ہوئے پھر وہ تمہارے کچھ کام نہ آئی اور تم پر زمین باوجود اپنی فراخی کے تنگ ہو گئی پھر تم پیٹھ پھیر کر ہٹ گئے
[Yusuf Ali] Assuredly Allah did help you in many battle-fields
and on the day of Hunayn:
behold! your great numbers elated you,
but they availed you naught:
the land for all that it is wide,
did constrain you and ye turned back in retreat.

9/26. ثُمَّ أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ سَكِينَتَهُ عَلَىٰ رَسُولِهِ وَعَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَأَنْزَلَ جُنُودًا لَمْ تَرَوْهَا وَعَذَّبَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا ۚ وَذَٰلِكَ جَزَاءُ الْكَافِرِينَ
[Ahmed Ali] پھر الله نے اپنی طرف سے اپنے رسول پر اور ایمان والوں پر تسکین نازل فرمائی اور وہ فوجیں اتاریں کہ جنہیں تم نے نہیں دیکھا اور کافروں کو عذاب دیا اور کافروں کو یہی سزا ہے
[Yusuf Ali] But Allah did pour His calm on the Mssenger
and on the Believers
and sent down forces which ye saw not:
He punished the Unbelievers:
thus doth He reward those without Faith.

At-Taubah | Repentance سورة التوبة Sura # 9 | Madina
9-38. يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مَا لَكُمْ إِذَا قِيلَ لَكُمُ انْفِرُوا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ اثَّاقَلْتُمْ إِلَى الْأَرْضِ ۚ أَرَضِيتُمْ بِالْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا مِنَ الْآخِرَةِ ۚ فَمَا مَتَاعُ الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا فِي الْآخِرَةِ إِلَّا قَلِيلٌ
[Ahmed Ali] اے ایمان والو تمہیں کیا ہوا جب تمہیں کہا جاتا ہے کہ الله کی راہ میں کوچ کرو تو زمین پر گرے جاتے ہو کیا تم آخرت کو چھوڑ کر دنیا کی زندگی پر خوش ہو گئے ہو دنیا کی زندگی کا فائدہ تو آخرت کے مقابلہ میں بہت ہی کم ہے
[Yusuf Ali] O ye who believe!
what is the matter with you,
that when ye are asked to go forth in the cause of Allah,
ye cling heavily to the earth?
Do ye prefer the life of this world to the Hereafter?
But little is the comfort of this life,
as compared with the Hereafter.
All the lands of muslims are occupied by kafirs
and jihad is the only way to finish this oppression on muslims
They are taking away your riches
and leaving you poor
Woud,nt you fight for your own possessions
Azab is on the way to you
At-Taubah | Repentance سورة التوبة Sura # 9 | Madina
9/39. إِلَّا تَنْفِرُوا يُعَذِّبْكُمْ عَذَابًا أَلِيمًا وَيَسْتَبْدِلْ قَوْمًا غَيْرَكُمْ وَلَا تَضُرُّوهُ شَيْئًا ۗ وَاللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ
[Ahmed Ali] اگر تم نہ نکلو گے تو الله تمہیں دردناک عذاب میں مبتلا کر ے گا اور تمہاری جگہ اور لوگ پیدا کر ے گا اور تم اسے کوئی نقصان نہیں پہنچا سکو گے اور الله ہر چیز پر قادر ہے
[Yusuf Ali] Unless ye go forth,
He will punish you with a grievous penalty,
and put others in your place;
but Him ye would not harm in the least.
For Allah hath power over all things.
Your Molana & molvies are getting fatter every day #
You fed them or Hindus Indian intelligence(paki rulars) giving them Money and instructions which portion of qurran to give you
And Keep you humiliated and lead you to hell #

9/42. لَوْ كَانَ عَرَضًا قَرِيبًا وَسَفَرًا قَاصِدًا لَاتَّبَعُوكَ وَلَٰكِنْ بَعُدَتْ عَلَيْهِمُ الشُّقَّةُ ۚ وَسَيَحْلِفُونَ بِاللَّهِ لَوِ اسْتَطَعْنَا لَخَرَجْنَا مَعَكُمْ يُهْلِكُونَ أَنْفُسَهُمْ وَاللَّهُ يَعْلَمُ إِنَّهُمْ لَكَاذِبُونَ
[Ahmed Ali] اگر مال نزدیک ہوتا اور سفر ہلکا ہوتا تو وہ ضرور تیرے ساتھ ہوتے لیکن انہیں مسافت لمبی نظر آئی اور اب الله کی قسمیں کھائیں گے کہ اگر ہم سے ہو سکتا تو ہم تمہارے ساتھ ضرور چلتے اپنی جانوں کو ہلاک کرتے ہیں اور الله جانتا ہے کہ وہ جھوٹے ہیں
[Yusuf Ali] If there had been immediate gain (in sight)
and the journey easy,
they would (all) without doubt have followed thee,
but the distance was long,
(and weighed) on them.
They would indeed swear by Allah "
If we only could,
we should certainly have come out with you"
they would destroy their own souls;
for Allah doth know that they are certainly lying.

9-43. عَفَا اللَّهُ عَنْكَ لِمَ أَذِنْتَ لَهُمْ حَتَّىٰ يَتَبَيَّنَ لَكَ الَّذِينَ صَدَقُوا وَتَعْلَمَ الْكَاذِبِينَ
[Ahmed Ali] الله نے تمہیں معاف کر دیا تم نےانہیںرخصت دی یہاں تک کہ تیرے لیے سچے ظاہر ہو جاتے اور تو جھوٹوں کو جان لیتا
[Yusuf Ali] Allah give thee grace!
Why didst thou grant them exemption until those
who told the truth were seen by thee in a clear light,
and thou hadst proved the liars?
At-Taubah | Repentance سورة التوبة Sura # 9 | Madina
9-44. لَا يَسْتَأْذِنُكَ الَّذِينَ يُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ أَنْ يُجَاهِدُوا بِأَمْوَالِهِمْ وَأَنْفُسِهِمْ ۗ وَاللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ بِالْمُتَّقِينَ
[Ahmed Ali] جو لوگ الله پر اور آخرت کے دن پر ایمان لاتے ہیں وہ تم سے رخصت نہیں مانگتے اس سے کہ اپنے مالوں اورجانوں سے جہاد کریں اور الله پرہیزگاروں کو خوب جانتا ہے
[Yusuf Ali] Those who believe in Allah and the Last Day
ask thee for no exemption from fighting with their goods
and persons. And Allah knoweth well those
who do their duty.
Rejecting jihad is rejecting Allah and his Deen
At-Taubah | Repentance سورة التوبة Sura # 9 | Madina
9-45. إِنَّمَا يَسْتَأْذِنُكَ الَّذِينَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ وَارْتَابَتْ قُلُوبُهُمْ فَهُمْ فِي رَيْبِهِمْ يَتَرَدَّدُونَ
[Ahmed Ali] تم سے رخصت وہی مانگتے ہیں جو الله پر اور آخرت کے دن پر ایمان نہیں رکھتے اور ان کے دل شک میں پڑے ہوئے ہیں سو وہ اپنے شک میں بھٹک رہے ہیں
[Yusuf Ali] Only those ask thee for exemption
who believe not in Allah and the Last Da,y
and whose hearts are in doubt so that they are tossed in their doubts, t51/o and fro.
At-Taubah | Repentance سورة التوبة Sura # 9 | Madina
9-50. إِنْ تُصِبْكَ حَسَنَةٌ تَسُؤْهُمْ ۖ وَإِنْ تُصِبْكَ مُصِيبَةٌ يَقُولُوا قَدْ أَخَذْنَا أَمْرَنَا مِنْ قَبْلُ وَيَتَوَلَّوْا وَهُمْ فَرِحُونَ
[Ahmed Ali] اگر تمہیں آسائش حاصل ہوتی ہے تو انہیں بری لگتی ہے اور اگر کوئی مشکل پڑتی ہے تو کہتے ہیں کہ ہم نے تو اپنا کام پہلے ہی سنبھال لیا تھا اور خوشیاں مناتے لوٹ جاتے ہیں
[Yusuf Ali] If good befalls thee it grieves them;
but if a misfortune befalls thee they say "
We took indeed our precautions beforehand"
and they turn away rejoicing.
At-Taubah | Repentance سورة التوبة Sura # 9 | Madina
9-51. قُلْ لَنْ يُصِيبَنَا إِلَّا مَا كَتَبَ اللَّهُ لَنَا هُوَ مَوْلَانَا ۚ وَعَلَى اللَّهِ فَلْيَتَوَكَّلِ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ
[Ahmed Ali] کہہ دو ہمیں ہر گز نہ پہنچے گا مگر وہی جو الله نے ہمارے لیے لکھ دیا وہی ہمارا کارساز ہے اور الله ہی پر چاہیئے کہ مومن بھروسہ کریں
[Yusuf Ali] Say: "Nothing will happen to us except
what Allah has decreed for us:
He is our protector":
and on Allah let the Believers put their trust.
At-Taubah | Repentance سورة التوبة Sura # 9 | Madina
9-81. فَرِحَ الْمُخَلَّفُونَ بِمَقْعَدِهِمْ خِلَافَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ وَكَرِهُوا أَنْ يُجَاهِدُوا بِأَمْوَالِهِمْ وَأَنْفُسِهِمْ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَقَالُوا لَا تَنْفِرُوا فِي الْحَرِّ ۗ قُلْ نَارُ جَهَنَّمَ أَشَدُّ حَرًّا ۚ لَوْ كَانُوا يَفْقَهُونَ
[Ahmed Ali] جو لوگ پیچھے رہ گئے وہ رسول الله کی مرضی کے خلاف بیٹھ رہنے سے خوش ہوتے ہیں اوراس بات کو ناپسند کیا کہ اپنے مالوں اور جانوں سے الله کی راہ میں جہاد کریں اور کہا گرمی میں مت نکلو کہہ دو کہ دوزخ کی آگ کہیں زیادہ گرم ہے کاش یہ سمجھ سکتے
[Yusuf Ali] Those who were left behind (in the Tabuk expedition) rejoiced in their inaction behind the back of the Messenger of Allah: they hated to strive
and fight with their goods and their persons, in the Cause of Allah: they said "Go not forth in the heat.
Say "The fire of Hell is fiercer in heat."
If only they could understand!
An-Nahl | The Bee سورة النحل Sura # 16 | Makkah
16 -41. وَالَّذِينَ هَاجَرُوا فِي اللَّهِ مِنْ بَعْدِ مَا ظُلِمُوا لَنُبَوِّئَنَّهُمْ فِي الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً ۖ وَلَأَجْرُ الْآخِرَةِ أَكْبَرُ ۚ لَوْ كَانُوا يَعْلَمُونَ
[Ahmed Ali] اورجنہوں نے الله کے واسطے گھر چھوڑا اس کےبعد ان پر ظلم کیا گیا تھا تو البتہ ہم نے انہیں دنیا میں اچھی جگہ دیں گے اور آخرت کا ثواب تو بہت ہی بڑا ہے کاش یہ لوگ سمجھ جاتے
[Yusuf Ali] To those who leave their homes in the cause of Allah,
after suffering oppression―
We will assuredly give a goodly home in this world:
but truly the reward of the Hereafter will be greater
if they only realize (this)!
16-42. الَّذِينَ صَبَرُوا وَعَلَىٰ رَبِّهِمْ يَتَوَكَّلُونَ
[Ahmed Ali] جو لوگ ثابت قدم رہے اور اپنے رب پر بھروسہ کیا
[Yusuf Ali] (They are) those who persevere in patience, and put their trust on their Lord.
An-Nahl | The Bee سورة النحل Sura # 16 | Makkah
16-110. ثُمَّ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ لِلَّذِينَ هَاجَرُوا مِنْ بَعْدِ مَا فُتِنُوا ثُمَّ جَاهَدُوا وَصَبَرُوا إِنَّ رَبَّكَ مِنْ بَعْدِهَا لَغَفُورٌ رَحِيمٌ
[Ahmed Ali] پھر بے شک تیرا رب ان کے لئے جنہوں نےمصیبت میں پڑنے کے بعد ہجرت کی پھر جہاد کیا اور صبر کیا بے شک تیرارب ان باتو ں کے بعد بحشنے والا مہربان ہے
[Yusuf Ali] But verily thy Lord―
to those who leave their homes after trials and persecutions―
and who thereafter strive and fight for the Faith
and patiently persevere―
thy Lord after all this is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.
