Rights (hoqooq) for the cityzens of State & out side the state --8/72/

Al-Anfal | Spoils of war, booty سورة الأنفال  Sura # 8 | Madina

8-72.           إِنَّ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَهَاجَرُوا وَجَاهَدُوا بِأَمْوَالِهِمْ وَأَنْفُسِهِمْ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَالَّذِينَ آوَوْا وَنَصَرُوا أُولَٰئِكَ بَعْضُهُمْ أَوْلِيَاءُ بَعْضٍ ۚ وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَلَمْ يُهَاجِرُوا مَا لَكُمْ مِنْ وَلَايَتِهِمْ مِنْ شَيْءٍ حَتَّىٰ يُهَاجِرُوا ۚ وَإِنِ اسْتَنْصَرُوكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ فَعَلَيْكُمُ النَّصْرُ إِلَّا عَلَىٰ قَوْمٍ بَيْنَكُمْ وَبَيْنَهُمْ مِيثَاقٌ ۗ وَاللَّهُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ بَصِيرٌ
    
 [Ahmed Ali]     بے شک جو لوگ ایمان لائے اور گھر چھوڑا اور اپنے مالوں اور جانوں سے الله کی راہ میں لڑے اور جن لوگوں نے جگہ دی اور مدد کی وہ آپس میں ایک دوسرے کے رفیق ہیں اورجو ایمان لائے اور گھر نہیں چھوڑا تمہیں ان کی وراثت سے کوئی تعلق نہیں یہاں تک کہ وہ ہجرت کریں اور اگر وہ دین کے معاملہ میں مدد چاہیں تو تمہیں ان کی مدد کرنی لازم ہے مگران لوگو ں کے مقابلہ میں کہ ان میں اور تم میں عہد ہو اور جو تم کرتے ہو الله اسے دیکھتا ہے
    

 [Yusuf Ali]     Those who believed, and adopted exile
and fought for the faith with their property and their persons, in the cause of Allah,
 as well as those who gave (them) asylum
and aid they are (all) friends and protectors, one of another.
As to those who believed but came not into exile,
 ye owe no duty of protection to them until they come not into exile,
 but if they seek your aid in religion it is your duty to help them, except against a people with whom ye have a treaty of mutual alliance:
and (remember) Allah seeth all that ye do.

8-75.           وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مِنْ بَعْدُ وَهَاجَرُوا وَجَاهَدُوا مَعَكُمْ فَأُولَٰئِكَ مِنْكُمْ ۚ وَأُولُو الْأَرْحَامِ بَعْضُهُمْ أَوْلَىٰ بِبَعْضٍ فِي كِتَابِ اللَّهِ ۗ إِنَّ اللَّهَ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيمٌ
     
[Ahmed Ali]     اورجو لوگ اس کے بعد ایمان لائے اور گھر چھوڑے اور تمہارے ساتھ ہو کر لڑے سو وہ لوگ بھی تمہیں میں سے ہیں اور رشتہ دار آپس میں الله کے حکم کے مطابق ایک دوسرے کے زیادہ حق دار ہیں بے شک الله ہر چیز سے خبردار ہے
    

 [Yusuf Ali]     And those who accept Faith subsequently, and adopt exile, and fight for the Faith in your company― they are of you. But kindred by blood have prior rights against each other in the Book of Allah. Verily Allah is well acquainted with all things.
