  Head of the State of islam (Umeer,ul,,Momineen) is commanded by allah to collect zaqat and distribute it between the people allah    #

S9/103/--Prophet slam is ordered to Collect sadqat from muslims  #
He was the head of the state (Umeer,ul;Momineen)
No body has the authority from allha to collect the zaqat  # 
Every Command to the prophet slam is the command to each muslim
In the absent of Umeer each muslim is responsible to
 proclaim him#  Is Furz
2010ce Each Muslim is living in sin without the security of the ummeer and the Cause to proclaim the umeer is permanent until
furz is complete #
eg)Cause for fujr namaz is Dawn to the first light of the sun  #
Soon the sun rise Namaz becomes   Quza (Un paid duty)
Because the time is cause of namaz
Same with asr namaz soon the sun sets furz is gone #
Proclaiming of the umeer is permanent Furz and to keep one at all the times is the order of allah Furz
Cause is absence of umeer
Muslims teaching of allah is complete
but You may learn from kuffars
how they keep the authority of the head of state
 No nation on earth is without the gaurdion (The head of state) Exept muslims
Remember kafirs only choose kafirs to rule them
You have chosen kafirs  fasiqs  zalime Drunk and zanis to govern you   #

They distribute their Wealth in following the commands of  Allah namely Zaqat  Sudhqat  Lillah, to please Allah
And they are not niggardly nor they hide their wealth,
so that the needy may ask for it,
They do not show off their spending to be popular or gain leadership, or be the one above the rest
If any one with attention do show off  that is very dangerous action for him
 





9/103.   خُذْ مِنْ أَمْوَالِهِمْ صَدَقَةً تُطَهِّرُهُمْ وَتُزَكِّيهِمْ بِهَا وَصَلِّ عَلَيْهِمْ ۖ إِنَّ صَلَاتَكَ سَكَنٌ لَهُمْ ۗ وَاللَّهُ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ 









 [Ahmed Ali] ان کے مالوں میں سے زکواة لے کہ اس سے ان کے ظاہر کو پاک اور ان کے باطن کو صاف کر دے اورانہیں دعا دے بے شک تیری دعا ان کے لیے تسکین ہے اوراللہ سننے والا جاننے والا ہے

9/104.   أَلَمْ يَعْلَمُوا أَنَّ اللَّهَ هُوَ يَقْبَلُ التَّوْبَةَ عَنْ عِبَادِهِ وَيَأْخُذُ الصَّدَقَاتِ وَأَنَّ اللَّهَ هُوَ التَّوَّابُ الرَّحِيمُ 









 [Ahmed Ali] کیا یہ لوگ نہیں جانتے الله ہی اپنے بندوں کی توبہ قبول فرماتا ہے اور صدقات لیتا ہے اور بے شک الله ہی توبہ قبول کرنے والا مہربان ہے 






 

[Yusuf Ali] Know they not that Allah doth accept repentance from His votaries and receives their gifts of charity and that Allah is verily He, the Oft-Returning, Most-Merciful?








4-37.          الَّذِينَ يَبْخَلُونَ وَيَأْمُرُونَ النَّاسَ بِالْبُخْلِ وَيَكْتُمُونَ مَا آتَاهُمُ اللَّهُ مِنْ فَضْلِهِ ۗ وَأَعْتَدْنَا لِلْكَافِرِينَ عَذَابًا مُهِينًا
    


 [Ahmed Ali]     جو لوگ بخل کرتے ہیں اور لوگو ں کو بخل سکھاتے ہیں اور الله نے انہیں اپنے فضل سے جو دیا ہے اسے چھپاتے ہیں اور ہم نے کافروں کے لیے ذلت کا عذاب تیار کر رکھا ہے
   



  [Yusuf Ali]     (Nor) those who are niggardly,
or enjoin niggardliness on others,
hide the bounties which Allah hath bestowed on them;
for We have prepared, for those who resist Faith,
 a punishment that steeps them in contempt.―



4-38.           وَالَّذِينَ يُنْفِقُونَ أَمْوَالَهُمْ رِئَاءَ النَّاسِ وَلَا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّهِ وَلَا بِالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ ۗ وَمَنْ يَكُنِ الشَّيْطَانُ لَهُ قَرِينًا فَسَاءَ قَرِينًا
    


 [Ahmed Ali]     اور جو لوگ اپنے مالوں کو لوگوں کے دکھانے میں خرچ کرتے ہیں اور اللہ پر اور قیامت کے دن پر ایمان نہیں لاتے اور جس کا شیطان ساتھی ہوا تو وہ بہت برا ساتھی ہے
    



 [Yusuf Ali]     Nor those who spend of their substance, to be seen of men, but have no faith in Allah and the Last Day: if any take the Evil One for their intimate, what a dreadful intimate he is!
