Worship System, Cause(sabub) for Hujh Roza Namaz/-s2/189/- They ask thee concerning the New Moons. Say: they are but signs to mark fixed periods of time in (the affairs of) men, and for pilgrimage.

2/189.           ۞ يَسْأَلُونَكَ عَنِ الْأَهِلَّةِ ۖ قُلْ هِيَ مَوَاقِيتُ لِلنَّاسِ وَالْحَجِّ ۗ وَلَيْسَ الْبِرُّ بِأَنْ تَأْتُوا الْبُيُوتَ مِنْ ظُهُورِهَا وَلَٰكِنَّ الْبِرَّ مَنِ اتَّقَىٰ ۗ وَأْتُوا الْبُيُوتَ مِنْ أَبْوَابِهَا ۚ وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُونَ

    

[Ahmed Ali]     آپ سے چاندوں کے متعلق پوچھتے ہیں کہہ دو یہ لوگوں کے لیے اور حج کے لیے وقت کے اندازے ہیں اور نیکی یہ نہیں ہے کہ تم گھروں میں ان کی پشت کی طرف سے آؤ اور لیکن نیکی یہ ہے کہ جو کوئی الله سے ڈرے اور تم گھروں میں ان کے دروازوں سے آؤ اور الله سے ڈرتے رہو تاکہ تم کامیاب ہو جاؤ

    

[Yusuf Ali]     They ask thee concerning the New Moons. Say:

they are but signs to mark fixed periods of time in (the affairs of) men, 

and for pilgrimage.

It is no virtue if ye enter your houses from the back;

it is virtue if ye fear Allah.

Enter houses through the proper doors

and fear Allah that ye may prosper.
