6-161.           قُلْ إِنَّنِي هَدَانِي رَبِّي إِلَىٰ صِرَاطٍ مُسْتَقِيمٍ دِينًا قِيَمًا مِلَّةَ إِبْرَاهِيمَ حَنِيفًا ۚ وَمَا كَانَ مِنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ

    

[Ahmed Ali]     کہہ دو میرے رب نے مجھےایک سیدھا راستہ بتلا دیا ہے ایک صحیح دین ابراھیم کی ملت جو ایک ہی طرف کاتھا اور مشرکوں میں سے نہیں تھا

     

[Yusuf Ali]     Say: "Verily my Lord hath guided me to a way that is straight― a religion of right― the path

(trod) by Abraham the true in Faith, 

and he (certainly) joined not gods with Allah."
 

Al-Anaam || The cattle Sura # 6 | Makkahسورة الأنعام

6-162.           قُلْ إِنَّ صَلَاتِي وَنُسُكِي وَمَحْيَايَ وَمَمَاتِي لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ

    

[Ahmed Ali]     کہہ دو بے شک میری نماز اور میری قربانی اور میرا جینا اور میرا مرنا الله ہی کے لیے ہے جو سارے جہان کا پالنے والا ہے

    

[Yusuf Ali]     Say: "Truly, my prayer and my service of sacrifice, my life and my death are (all) for Allah, the Cherisher of the Worlds:

6-163.           لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ ۖ وَبِذَٰلِكَ أُمِرْتُ وَأَنَا أَوَّلُ الْمُسْلِمِينَ

[Yusuf Ali]     No partner hath He: this am I commanded,

6-14.           قُلْ أَغَيْرَ اللَّهِ أَتَّخِذُ وَلِيًّا فَاطِرِ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَهُوَ يُطْعِمُ وَلَا يُطْعَمُ ۗ قُلْ إِنِّي أُمِرْتُ أَنْ أَكُونَ أَوَّلَ مَنْ أَسْلَمَ ۖ وَلَا تَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ

    

 [Ahmed Ali]     کہہ دو جو الله آُسمانوں اور زمین کا بنانے والا ہے کیا اس کے سوا کسی اور کو اپنا مددگار بناؤں اور وہ سب کو کھلاتا ہے اور اسے کوئی نہیں کھلاتا کہہ دو مجھے تو حکم دیا گیا ہے کہ سب سے پہلے اس کا فرمانبردار ہو جاؤں اور تو ہرگز مشرکوں میں شامل نہ ہو

   

 [Yusuf Ali]     Say: "Shall I take for my protector any other than Allah, the Maker of the heavens and the earth? 

And He is that feedeth but is not fed." 

Say: "Nay! but I am commanded to be the first of those

who bow to Allah (in Islam), 

and be not thou of the company of those who join gods with Allah."

An-Nisa | The Women سورة النساء  Sura # 4 | Madina

4-125.           وَمَنْ أَحْسَنُ دِينًا مِمَّنْ أَسْلَمَ وَجْهَهُ لِلَّهِ وَهُوَ مُحْسِنٌ وَاتَّبَعَ مِلَّةَ إِبْرَاهِيمَ حَنِيفًا ۗ وَاتَّخَذَ اللَّهُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ خَلِيلًا

    

 [Ahmed Ali]     اس شخص سے بہتر دین میں کون ہے جس نے الله کے حکم پر پیشانی رکھی اور وہ نیکی کرنے والا ہو اور ابراھیم حنیف کے دین کی پیروی کرے اور الله نے ابراھیم کوخاص دوست بنا لیا ہے

   

 [Yusuf Ali]     Who can be better in religion than one who submits his whole self to Allah, 

does good, and follows the way of Abraham the true in faith?

For Allah did take Abraham for a friend.

6-164.           قُلْ أَغَيْرَ اللَّهِ أَبْغِي رَبًّا وَهُوَ رَبُّ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ ۚ وَلَا تَكْسِبُ كُلُّ نَفْسٍ إِلَّا عَلَيْهَا ۚ وَلَا تَزِرُ وَازِرَةٌ وِزْرَ أُخْرَىٰ ۚ ثُمَّ إِلَىٰ رَبِّكُمْ مَرْجِعُكُمْ فَيُنَبِّئُكُمْ بِمَا كُنْتُمْ فِيهِ تَخْتَلِفُونَ

    

 [Ahmed Ali]     کہہ دو کیا اب میں الله کے سوا اور کوئی رب تلاش کروں حالانکہ وہی ہر چیز کا رب ہے اور جو شخص کوئی گناہ کرے گاتو وہ اسی کے ذمہ ہے اور ایک شخص دوسرے کا بوجھ نہیں اٹھائے گا پھر تمہارے رب کے ہاں ہی سب کو لوٹ کر جانا ہے سو جن باتو ں میں تم جھگڑتے تھے وہ تمہیں بتلاد ے گا

     

[Yusuf Ali]     Say: "Shall I seek for (my) Cherisher other than Allah when He is the Cherisher of all things (that exist)?" 

Every soul draws the meed of its acts on none 

but itself: no bearer of burdens can bear the burden of another. 

Your goal in the end is toward Allah:

He will tell you the truth of the things wherein ye disputed.
