5-35.           يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَابْتَغُوا إِلَيْهِ الْوَسِيلَةَ وَجَاهِدُوا فِي سَبِيلِهِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُونَ

    [Ahmed Ali]     اے ایمان والو الله سے ڈرو اور الله کا قرب تلاش کرو اور الله کی راہ میں جہاد کرو تاکہ تم کامیاب ہو جاؤ

    

[Yusuf Ali]     O ye who believe! Do your duty to Allah,

At-Taubah | Repentance سورة التوبة  Sura # 9 | Madina
9-41.           انْفِرُوا خِفَافًا وَثِقَالًا وَجَاهِدُوا بِأَمْوَالِكُمْ وَأَنْفُسِكُمْ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ ۚ ذَٰلِكُمْ خَيْرٌ لَكُمْ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ
   

  [Ahmed Ali]     تم ہلکے ہو یا بوجھل نکلو اور اپنے مالوں اور جانوں سے الله کی راہ میں لڑو یہ تمہارے حق میں بہتر ہے اگر تم سمجھتے ہو
 

 [Yusuf Ali]     Go ye forth, (whether equipped) lightly or heavily, 

and strive and struggle, with your goods 

and your persons in the Cause of Allah. 

That is best for you if ye (but knew).
