201 Ruling Party Governing body-- Al-Hajj | The Pilgrimage سورة الحج Sura # 22 | Madina 22-41. الَّذِينَ إِنْ مَكَّنَّاهُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ أَقَامُوا الصَّلَاةَ وَآتَوُا الزَّكَاةَ وَأَمَرُوا بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَنَهَوْا عَنِ الْمُنْكَرِ ۗ وَلِلَّهِ عَاقِبَةُ الْأُمُورِ [Ahmed Ali] وہ لوگ اگر ہم انہیں دنیا میں حکومت دے دیں تو نماز کی پابندی کریں اور زکوٰة دیں اور نیک کام کا حکم کریں اور برے کاموں سے روکیں اور ہر کام کا انجام تو الله کے ہی ہاتھ میں ہے [Yusuf Ali] (They are) those who, if We establish them in the land, establish regular prayer and give regular charity, enjoin the right and forbid wrong: with Allah rests the end (and decision) of (all) affairs.

 [Yusuf Ali]     (They are) those who, if We establish them in the land,

who direct (others) with truth, and dispense justice therewith.


 COMMAND  OBEY THE UMMEER IS FURZ
An-Nisa | The Women سورة النساء  Sura # 4 | Madina
4-64.           وَمَا أَرْسَلْنَا مِنْ رَسُولٍ إِلَّا لِيُطَاعَ بِإِذْنِ اللَّهِ ۚ وَلَوْ أَنَّهُمْ إِذْ ظَلَمُوا أَنْفُسَهُمْ جَاءُوكَ فَاسْتَغْفَرُوا اللَّهَ وَاسْتَغْفَرَ لَهُمُ الرَّسُولُ لَوَجَدُوا اللَّهَ تَوَّابًا رَحِيمًا



 [Ahmed Ali]     اورہم نے کبھی کوئی رسول نہیں بھیجا مگر اسی واسطے کہ الله کے حکم سے اس کی تابعداری کی جائے اور جب انہوں نے اپنے نفسوں پر ظلم کیا تھا                                                                                                 


Yusuf Ali] We sent not an Messenger but to be obeyed, in accordance with the Will of Allah.

If they had only, when they were unjust to themselves come unto thee

and asked Allah's forgiveness and the Messenger had asked forgiveness for them,

they would have found Allah indeed Oft-Returning, Most Merciful.

4-59.           يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا أَطِيعُوا اللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُوا الرَّسُولَ وَأُولِي الْأَمْرِ مِنْكُمْ ۖ فَإِنْ تَنَازَعْتُمْ فِي شَيْءٍ فَرُدُّوهُ إِلَى اللَّهِ وَالرَّسُولِ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ تُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ خَيْرٌ وَأَحْسَنُ تَأْوِيلًا
   
[Ahmed Ali]     اے ایمان والو الله کی فرمانبرداری کرو اور رسول کی فرمانبرداری کرو
اور ان لوگوں کی جو تم میں سے حاکم ہوں

پھر اگر آپس میں کوئی چیز میں جھگڑا کرو تو اسے الله اور اس کے رسول کی طرف پھیرو
اگر تم الله اور قیامت کے دن پر یقین رکھتے ہو یہی بات اچھی ہے

اور انجام کے لحاظ سے بہت بہتر ہے
   
[Yusuf Ali]     O ye who believe! Obey Allah and obey the Messenger


and those charged with authority among you.


If ye differ in anything among yourselves,


 refer it to Allah and His Messenger


if ye do believe in Allah and the Last Day:


 that is best, and most suitable for final determination.

[Ahmed Ali]     کہہ دو اگر تم الله کی محبت رکھتے ہو تو میری تابعداری کرو تاکہ تم سے الله محبت کرے اور تمہارے گناہ بخشے اور الله بخشنے والا مہربان ہے
   

[Yusuf Ali]     Say: "If ye do love Allah, follow me:


Allah will love you and forgive you your sins; for


Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful."

[Ahmed Ali]     کہہ دو الله اور اس کے رسول کی فرمانبرداری کرو پھر اگر وہ منہ موڑیں تو الله کافروں کو دوست نہیں رکھتا
  
   [Yusuf Ali]     Say: "Obey Allah and His Messenger";


but if they turn back,


Allah loveth not those who reject Faith.  #

4-65.فَلَا وَرَبِّكَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ حَتَّىٰ يُحَكِّمُوكَ فِيمَا شَجَرَ بَيْنَهُمْ ثُمَّ لَا يَجِدُوا فِي أَنْفُسِهِمْ حَرَجًا مِمَّا قَضَيْتَ وَيُسَلِّمُوا تَسْلِيمًا
   

[Ahmed Ali]     سو تیرے رب کی قسم ہے یہ کبھی مومن نہیں ہوں گے جب تک کہ اپنے اختلافات میں تجھے منصف نہ مان لیں پھر تیرے فیصلہ پر اپنے دلوں میں کوئی تنگی نہ پائیں اور خوشی سے قبول کریں
   
[Yusuf Ali]     But no, by thy Lord, they can have no (real) Faith,


until they make thee judge in all disputes between them,




and find in their souls no resistance against thy decisions,




but accept them with the fullest conviction.

8/69.           فَكُلُوا مِمَّا غَنِمْتُمْ حَلَالًا طَيِّبًا ۚ وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ غَفُورٌ رَحِيمٌ


     [Ahmed Ali]     پس جو مال تمہیں غنیمت میں حلال اور طیب ملا ہے اسے کھاؤ اور الله سے ڈرو بے شک الله بخشنے والا مہربان ہے



 [Yusuf Ali]     But (now) enjoy what ye took in war, lawful

and good: but fear Allah: for Allah is Oft-Forgiving,             Most Merciful.

I8/28.           وَاصْبِرْ نَفْسَكَ مَعَ الَّذِينَ يَدْعُونَ رَبَّهُمْ بِالْغَدَاةِ وَالْعَشِيِّ يُرِيدُونَ وَجْهَهُ ۖ وَلَا تَعْدُ عَيْنَاكَ عَنْهُمْ تُرِيدُ زِينَةَ الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا ۖ وَلَا تُطِعْ مَنْ أَغْفَلْنَا قَلْبَهُ عَنْ ذِكْرِنَا وَاتَّبَعَ هَوَاهُ وَكَانَ أَمْرُهُ فُرُطًا
   


 [Ahmed Ali]     تو ان لوگو ں کی صحبت میں رہ جو صبح اور شام اپنے رب کو پکارتے ہیں اسی کی رضا مندی چاہتے ہیں اور تو اپنی آنکھوں کو ان سے نہ ہٹا کہ دنیا کی زندگی کی زینت تلاش کرنے لگ جائے اور اس شخص کا کہنا نہ مان جس کے دل کو ہم نے اپنی یاد سے غافل کر دیاہے اور اپنی خواہش کے تابع ہو گیا ہے اور ا سکا معاملہ حد سے گزر ا ہوا ہے
  

[Yusuf Ali]     And keep thy soul content with those who call on their Lord morning and evening,  seeking His Face;

and let not thine eyes pass beyond them seeking the pomp and glitter of this Life;

 nor obey any whose heart
We have permitted to neglect the remembrance of Us,

 one who follows his own desires,
 whose case has gone beyond all bounds.

Members of governing body are very rightious people#

Members of government are not attempted with the gliter
of worldly meterials wich divert their attention to serv

Only muslims are employed  on the jobs  of governing#
None muslims are not allowed #


None muslims could serve the public as a Doctor ets
and No consultation on the affairs of the state #
and cannot break the laws of the state

18/29    [Ahmed Ali]     اور کہہ دو سچی بات تمہارے رب کی طرف سے ہے پھر جو چاہے مان لے اور جو چاہے انکار کر دے بے شک ہم نے ظالموں کے لیے آگ تیار کر رکھی ہے انہیں اس کی قناتیں گھیر لیں گی اور اگر فریاد کریں گے تو ایسے پانی سے فریاد رسی کیے جائیں گے جو تانبے کی طرح پگھلا ہوا ہو گا مونہوں کو جھلس دے گا کیا ہی برا پانی ہو گا او رکیا ہی بری آرام گاہ ہو گی


[Yusuf Ali]     Say "The Truth is from your Lord":

 let him who will, believe, and let him who will, reject (it):

 for the wrongdoers We have prepared a Fire

 whose (smoke and flames), like the walls and roof of a tent will hem them in:

 if they implore relief they will be granted water like melted brass,

 that will scald their faces.
 How dreadful the drink!

 How uncomfortable a couch to recline on!
